Enrolment

The first step in enrolling your child at Tintern Schools is to contact our Registrar on
9845 7888 or by sending an email to registrar@tinternschools.vic.edu.au.

The Registrar will send you a Tintern Schools information pack, which includes an registration form. Once you have filled out the registration form, you need to return it to the Registrar, along with a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport, and a registration fee of $100 (non-refundable).

Once this form is received, your child will be put on a waiting list for the requested year of commencement, year level and campus. In the year prior to entry, the Registrar will arrange an interview with you and your child and the Head of the chosen campus. If your interview is successful, you will receive a letter of offer from the Registrar. To accept the place, a non-refundable enrolment fee of $1,000 and a refundable Parent Deposit of $1,000 is required.

An orientation program for new students includes attending the school for a day in October/November before school starts, where they meet with their classroom teacher and other relevant staff, visit classrooms, and find out the procedure for the start of school.
