Big hair and high-speed racing!

Yesterday, Tintern Grammar Junior School students let their hair down, piled it high or teased every strand for the Leukaemia Foundation’s Crazy Hair Day. Adding to the fun was the inaugural Junior School Grand Prix, with students across both Boys’ and Girls’ Junior Schools racing their RC cars around the circuit together for the first time. With plenty of hairspray, spare batteries and determination, students put their driving skills to the test navigating obstacles and racing for the finish line.

What a colourful (and fast-paced) morning!

Happy International Women’s Day!

Friday morning was awash with purple as our community came together to honour the women who have shaped our lives, across history and within our own journeys.

A heartfelt thanks to Alumna Belinda Collins (Class of 1991) for generously sharing her story and the path that led her to a career centred on giving. Belinda also spoke powerfully about the responsibilities of home and family being shared equally.

Thanks also to the Tintern Grammar Senior Girls’ Chamber Choir, whose beautiful performance helped make the morning so special.
