About Old Grammarians

TOGA and SOBA provide opportunities for past students to stay connected with each other and with the school. Both associations are actively involved in the current activities of the school as well as assisting with reunions and archives. Every year special events are run such as exhibitions and lunches for the Tintern Schools community — both past and present. The Tintern Old Girls Association and the Southwood Old Boys Association welcome participation from everyone. If you would like more information or to be involved please contact the Community Relations Office on 9845 7877 or email paststudents@tinternschools.vic.edu.au.

2015 Fair

2014 Horse Trials

Approximately 250 riders from more than 75 schools competed in the 14th Annual Tintern Schools Victorian
Inter-School Horse Trials Championship held at the picturesque Wandin Park Equestrian centre on Saturday 26 and
Sunday 27 April. There were many personal bests achieved on the day, with many of our Tintern Schools students achieving outstanding results. The overall winner on the day went to Genazzano followed by our own Tintern Navy team and Edinburgh College in a close third.
Thanks are extended to the hard working Friends of Equestrian group and their equestrian coordinator, Amanda teBoekhorst. Their dedication and commitment is evident producing a high quality professional equestrian event.
