We understand the importance of making the right choice, and at Tintern Grammar all our students from Year 10 to Year 12 are able to meet with our Careers Counsellor and discuss their plans and options for tertiary education, or working life after school.
Our counsellors are highly qualified to offer advice on everything from subject choices for VCE or VCE/VET, to options for further studies, choices of tertiary institutions, courses, applications and enrolment.
Additional information is provided for career paths and employment options after studies have been completed.
The School conducts regular Career Evenings, where students and their parents are able to receive further information and discuss suitability of tertiary courses, further studies, or post-school careers.
Importantly too, the School is equipped to provide students with meaningful work-experience opportunities and we help to make decision-making for students and parents easier by circulating regular career newsletters.
